Recommended Consultations include but are not limited to the following:

• Retention in the Workplace (BFTS Two Hrs.) – An interactive training to help administration maintain quality early childcare providers, promotes retention in the work place to ensure continuity of care and professionalism. Develop communication and interaction within staff and administration. Therefore, enriching the quality of early childhood services to the enrichment of the children at all levels and parent home relationship.
• Director Consulting – Provide program leadership support with staffing concerns,  and operational procedures.
• Code of Ethics (BFTS)
• Father in Action “FIA” (BFTS Four Hrs) – An interactive training to help child care providers, administration and parents create goals to advance father involvement in the educational development in the child. Participants will leave with tools and strategies to involve fathers and build a support system for fathers in understanding the development of their child.
• Food Program – Advise on menu planning and kitchen code requirements. Application submission for CACFP.
• Health and Safety Check – Conduct or train staff on classroom safety compliance.
• Certified in the Toddler Infant Pyramid Observation Scale “TIPITOS”
• National Association Early childhood Young Children ”NAEYC” Readiness
• Professional Development Specialist – State Evaluator for CDA Students
• Work Life Matters – Conduct survey and create a personal resource for staff. Balance between work and home. (nonrefundable) Instruction on how to balance life between work and home. EAP resources available upon request. Consultation  Develop your Employee Assistance Program (Available on individual and entire staff basis).

All consultations will include a signed contract submitted online with a $150.00 not refunded security deposit.
